Becoming a Member
You can become a member of the Young Academy of Slovenia by entering your data (e-mail address, name, surname, research/educational institution, date of birth, and date of receiving your PhD) into the membership form. You can go to the form by clicking on the button below. When opting for the newsletter, you can choose between receiving news on all the society’s matters or just the important ones. You can change your settings anytime. We will handle your data with care and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We kindly ask you to read our Data Protection Policy.
Why Become a Member of the Young Academy of Slovenia?
As a member of the Young Academy of Slovenia you will be informed about all the important events and activities organised by the society and notified of the calls for tenders relevant to early-career researchers and higher education students and institutions. Through the society, you will be able to participate in public debates and help shape the Slovenian research and higher education policies with your suggestions.
All the society’s members perform their tasks on a voluntary basis. There is no membership fee, but since December 2020, all members donating at least 20 EUR to our cause get a free package of 100,000 characters from InstaText, a writing and editing software that helps users improve their English writing skills.
